My Collaborative Experiences
My experience collaborating with people from abroad is when I work on projects from the office. At that time I was given a job to complete a task on a project, because for me the job was quite difficult, so I tried searching on google and youtube. Then I got one of the websites that gave me a way to do my job.
Then I tried to follow the steps on the website. But I found an error and confused how to fix the error. Then I tried to ask the author on the website. And how surprised I was, because the author replied to my question. And it turns out that the author is from India.
After some time communicating with the Indian, I offered the person to help me with the project, and in return, I would give him some money. Finally this Indian agreed, and then me and this Indian collaborated to complete my work.
From my experience collaborating with foreign people, lessons can be learned, including:
1. Not everyone has the same way of thinking, especially in doing a job.
2. Mutual understanding of the perception and willingness of others is very necessary in collaborating
3. By collaborating or working together we can take knowledge and learn with others
4. In collaborating we need to reduce each other's ego, so that common goals can be achieved.
